How do I receive the program?
Simply click on the PayPal - Buy Now - button for the calculator that you own. Next make your secure payment using a credit card or PayPal account. Programs can be downloaded at any time. The key will be automatically emailed immediately after payment is made. Keys for upgrades will be emailed within one day. For upgrades: Please provide estimated time when software was purchased originally for verification. Finally, unzip software using winzip, next use the TI Connect software to transfer the APP to your calculator, enter key. Total time: 5 min. 

How do I use the Calculus Program? 
Calculus Made Easy serves primarily three purposes: 
1) Calculus problems can be solved step by step. Enter the function and follow step by step if your homework problem was done correctly.
2) Calculus concepts can be learned by viewing visual calculator animations.
3) Teachers and students can solve any Calculus problems immediately. Even complicated problems (i.e. 2nd derivative or vertical tangent lines of implicitly defined curves or solutions to differential equations and slope fields, etc...) can be verified immediately. I used the AP Calculus (AB & BC) Free Response Questions from 1985 - 2008 as a basis. Literally, any problem can be solved with the Calculus Made Easy program  - an enormous help !!! 

How many of your programs fit onto my calculator?
All of them. The programs only use RAM memory when being used. Otherwise, they reside in Flash ROM.

How did your students enjoy the program?
I provided the program to students in all AB and BC Calculus classes. The students were quite excited when they started using the program. Some even bought TI-89 calculators as the program allowed them to a) learn and reinforce Calculus concepts and b) check answers. During class time, the focus changed from just finding answers to understanding answers. I feel I come closer to my goal of providing graphical, analytical and numerical approaches when solving Calculus problems. For instance, solutions to differential equations can be found analytically, graphically via slope fields and numerically via the Euler method. Overall, the AP scores have increased significantly since using this program.  I can truly say, I am glad I designed the program as it makes teaching Calculus a lot easier. I use it as a guide through the entire AP Calculus (AB & BC) curriculum.

Can I get a new key for another calculator?
No. Each key purchase is per calculator only. In case of using a new calculator (due to loss, theft, malfunctioning, etc) the purchase of a new key is necessary. 

What is a Site License?
If the Calculus program is not only used by one person (i.e. the teacher ) but made accessible to others such as Calculus students or other teachers within the school, a site license must be acquired by the school.

After installing the Calculus Made Easy APP, hit APPS and select "Calculus Made Easy".

What Operating System does my TI-89 have to have?
You need 3.10 (Ti89 Titanium and Voyage 200 ) or 2.09 (TI89)   (To find your OS select TOOLS on the HOMESCREEN, select option A: ABOUT. You may have to update your OS using the TI Connect software to be downloaded at http://education.ti.com/us/product/tech/89/software/software.html .)   .

It is a wise idea to always have the latest OS installed.

Required Memory: 160,000 of RAM and 295,000 of FLASH ROM. All other programs uses less memory
