Before resetting, you should back up your device using i.e. TI Connect Device Explorer -> Actions -> Backup Device.  There are a few reset options: 1) take out all 4+1=5 batteries for a moment or 2) Press and hold left arrow, right arrow and 2nd keys. Next, press and release ON. or 3)  Take out a AAA battery and while putting it back in, hold the (-) and ) buttons. or  4) press 2nd 6  [MEM] -> F1 -> reset all memory.
